Project Problem
The company underwrote insurance for high-risk commercial, industrial and current and former manufacturing sites. Many of these sites, located throughout the US were reclaimed as ‘Brownfield’s’ and had undergone extensive investigation and soil and ground water remediation.
Solution
Technical support included reviewing initial and subsequent assessment reports, remediation plans and post clean-up reports to assure clean-up goals were being met before insuring the sites.
